Overview
This policy explains how LumiPearl ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website, lumipearl.ca. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no forms and no shopping cart. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies, and the site does not load content from other companies' servers.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you and, where relevant, to help with an order. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Orders through Etsy
Purchases are made on Etsy. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy collects and processes your payment and delivery details, and we receive the information needed to fulfil your order. Etsy's privacy policy applies to that information.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. Canadian residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
